Gossen
Gossen, a leading light meter manufacturer based in Nuremberg, Germany, was founded in 1919 by Paul Gossen and Otto Cohn. Originally focused on ammeters, the company produced its first photographic exposure meter, the Photolux, in 1933. Gossen introduced its professional-grade Lunasix meter in 1961, followed by the Mastersix in 1983, the first microprocessor-controlled electronic meter. Over time, Gossen transitioned its entire range of meters to electronic models.
